I wrote to you a little over 2 years ago about my history with extremed
episodes of dizziness. I had been diagnosed with Meniere's disease and
had
had severe vertiginous episodes for ten years, from age 29 to 39. I lost
significant hearing in my left ear. I saw ENT specialists to no avail. I
tried everything: steriods, antihistomines, mastoid bone removal,
accupunction, chiropractic, EVERYTHING you could think of. My dizzy
episodes included vomiting, diarreha, and could only be stopped though
heavy medication that made me just want to go to bed. These episodes,
near
the end, would occur as often as 2-3 times a week.

I decided to cook all my food from scratch, buy local, organic food,
and to
preserve my own summer garden produce.
For the past two years I have been healthy! I have no vertigo today; it
is
completely gone! I have tested myself over the past two years,
introducing
MSG on the weekends when I don't have to work, and every time I have a
reaction to it that manifests itself through dizziness. I have
discovered
that I am extremely sensitive even to the smallest amount.
Today I feel like a completely new person. I have the liberty to travel
without worry, and I can focus more on living life to the fullest.
