The EPA has Approved Spraying
Milk Protein, and Carcinogens on Crops -- in Addition to spraying MSG

Does spraying processed free glutamic acid onto crops and into the environment pose a problem? We think it does. Does applying processed free glutamic acid to the soil pose a problem? Yes, we think so, and we have made our thoughts known both to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the State of California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR).

However, it was not until the spring of 2001, two years after we had first formally presented our concerns to the CDPR, that we found that the product called AuxiGro contained more awful ingredients in its "inert" ingredients than the "L-glutamic acid" named as one of its two active ingredients.  AuxiGro, we learned from government documents, contains hydrolyzed casein (milk) protein, a substance known to have caused the deaths of milk-sensitive children who consumed minute quantities of milk protein hidden in processed food.  AuxiGro, we learned from other government documents, also contains carcinogens.
